Explosive Suppression System
ITT’s Explosive Suppression System (ESS) is a tool of choice against the hand-carried threat, such as a letter or parcel bomb, a pipe bomb, or a purse/suitcase bomb. The ESS is specifically intended for use when the situation is not yet stable, such as when complete and immediate evacuation cannot be achieved, or there are multiple suspected devices. If the situation is resolved without explosion, the ESS can be removed and is immediately available for reuse.
